Worldwide, there is a strong belief that sweat is the main cause behind ringworm and avoiding it can save us from ringworm. But if that was the truth, then almost everyone would have fallen prey to this fungal infection. 4. Wear Slippers or Sandals in Locker Rooms and Public Bathing Areas Like Swimming Pools
These areas remain wet most of the times and may be hiding dangerous ringworm fungus which may get transferred to the user's body. Wearing something when around such places (even swimming pools) reduces the chances of catching or transfering the ringworm infection.

Yeah, especially if one is working out at a gym regularly like athletes. Sharing clothing, sports
equipments, towels or sheets can transfer the infection. Even personal items like combs, hairbrush, bed linen should not be shared. Even if you are not a gym goer, but are carrying a fungal infection, you must know how to prevent ringworm naturally. Deny everyone your personal items and keeping your body dry.
