Recent studies and news indicate that women after age thirty five have more difficulty conceiving children. Once they start to grow older their eggs and overall fertility weakens. They are more likely to have a miscarriage.

A growing number of women won’t be able to conceive on their own. Woman will need help from other medical treatments and fertility assistance to increase the probability of pregnancy.

Women tend to wait until their mid to late thirties to have children. They want to establish their careers and financial stability. They leave little room for children until the time is attractive.

Why You Shouldn't Wait to Have Children

Choosing the Right Time

Women may want to focus on establishing their careers first before having children, but they shouldn’t wait too long. Male and females are having more trouble with fertility.

When is the right time to have a child? There is no right or wrong time for children. The timing depends on you and your spouse.  You may conceive a baby naturally after age thirty five, but why take the chance?

Women should do whatever it takes to have a healthy child. As they grow older their egg cells and health weakens. Miscarriage rates are higher among older women. They may deal with other health complications such as diabetes, obesity, and high blood pressure. No matter how they feel, there’s a greater chance of health complications in the baby. Women should be their healthiest when having children.

Women should aim to have children in their late twenties or early thirties. This allows plenty of time to establish their careers or find a suitable partner for marriage. Nothing is ever ideal, but they waiting harms their fertility.

How Can They Optimize Their Chances?

Timing is everything, but you can’t forget about diet and exercise. Your overall health plays a major role in fertility. Women who don’t eat healthy and exercise aren’t as fertile.

Women and men should avoid smoking marijuana or cigarettes. Smoking of any kind could harm egg and sperm cells. The effects of smoking are extremely evident in males. Their weakened sperm count drastically affects a couple’s chances of conceiving.

A good diet should include dark and leafy greens, plenty of veggies, grass fed meats, and ensuring you get your daily minerals and vitamins. Some people are lucky enough to get all they need from food, but others need supplements.

Older Than Thirty Five?

Did you delay having children too long? Your ability to conceive might decrease, but you still have options to maximize your fertility.

If you’re not health focused, then start changing your diet.  You might want to consider taking fertility supplements. The coenzyme coq10 supplements provide you with the necessary nutritional additives to boost your immune system and fight the free-radical cells that harm your reproductive cells. Your body and cells must be at their strongest when trying to create a child.

Go to your doctor. Perhaps your doctor can offer you tips not evident elsewhere. Also, your primary care provider will provide great insight into any issues you might experience. Doctors are reliable and valuable resources when attempting to conceive.
