When It Comes to Pain Control

When it comes to pain control, we're all looking for information, help and absolute mercy, assuming you're actually in a lot of pain. People who have never had a history with being in chronic pain, do not know what they're missing. People who do live in chronic pain have a healthy respect for the symptom. They live with the horrors of pain all the time!

I recently put a post on the Health Matters Show about how to successful live "in pain" with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and learn to conquer it, to some degree. And I've put this particular tip on the website because most of us hate to take pain medicines all the time. Prescription drugs are not healthy for you over the long term.

I'm suggesting that you learn new tricks and, maybe, you won't have to go that route so often. Check out my blog post, Pain Relief: Pain Management.

Best wishes to your health, especially to the folks with Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,

 Cinda Crawford
