To Look And Feel Great: Detox The Old You!
Henry Ford once said, “Whether you think you can, or think you can’t, you’re right.”
We can this apply line of thought to any area of life, including physical and mental well-being. You just need to be guided to make the right changes and be supported through that transition.
While certain systems in the body function like clockwork, each of us is a complex and unique network of systems.
The Principle of Uniqueness
Many of us want answers. We want the protocol that will change our health and our life. We feel comfortable working within a set framework.
For example, when we know how many calories to consume or how many grams of protein we need a day, life becomes a little easier. Weight loss or optimal health may be more attainable when we have formula to follow.
In reality, while there is no one-size-fits-all supplement, there are principles that apply to all people.
The greatest success comes when we educate ourselves as much as possible, and then listen to our bodies on how to apply what we’ve learned. If you have the time and interest, read studies and dig through research. Experiment in the kitchen. Keep a food journal.
