Fibromyalgia and CFS Update, Sleep Relief

Because of the importance of getting a good nights' sleep, this newsletter will continue last issue's discussion on sleep. Whether you have CFS or fibromyalgia, or are simply looking to get some much needed sleep, natural relief is on the way — for both you and your children.

If your mind is wide awake at bedtime after being exhausted all day, you may have your day/night cycles reversed. This can cause adrenal cortisol hormones to be too low during the day and too high at night.
