Hi David,

How did it go on Sunday? I hope at least some of our suggestions helped you out a bit.

Make sure you relax as much as possible this week to let your body recover.

I survived! And did ok actually! I took as best care of myself as possible in the lead up and managed to get some pregnenolone last minute which I'm trying at the moment and it seems it be helping with my energy levels.

Yes, I'm in 'recovery' now but its going ok

Thanks SO much for your support

take care guys

Hi David,

Glad to hear you made it through your stressful day without too much trouble.

I have actually had a lot of success using DHEA which is produced in the body from pregnenolone (as you may know). These hormones are generally the most powerful and effective treatments for adrenal fatigue in the short term but be careful not to use them too much as they are steroid hormones and thus have potential side-effects. Also remember there is a reason why your body isn't producing enough of these by itself.

I haven't removed any posts but I can't remember exactly who I recommended or where the post was either I'm afraid! It's hard to keep track of everything on this site now it's grown so large.

I think maybe I recommended Barry-Durrant Peatfield author of Your Thyroid and How to Keep it Healthy (there is a lot on the adrenals in the book as well - the thyroid and adrenals work as a team)

I also seem to remember recommending the doctors at Biolab (UK) in London.
