I have Multiple Sclerosis which has a lot of symptoms that are in common with Fibromyalgia. I have recently gone on a vegan diet where I eat 85% of my food raw and 15% cooked. I try not to eat anything processed (no refined sugar). I have been on it for 4 1/2 months now and am seeing good results. My relapses have been every 6 months with the last one happening within 3 months. So, I have passed the 3 month goal and am working towards passing the 6 month goal. I figure if I can do as well on this diet as I would medication, I am ahead of the game. Plus I know that I am not putting toxins into my body. You can find out more about this type of diet at www.hacres.com.
