I'm feeling pretty overwhelmed with the amount of supplements on the market and my heard is spinning and I'm not sure what to even read anymore. Due to a number of health issues my food intake has suffered and I'm sure at this point I'm lacking in a number of essential nutrients. I'm looking for a high quality multi and possibly a B-complex, and possibly a B12/B6.
My challenges are as follows:
- anything with fruits or vegetables seems to bring on dermatitis/eczema
- not looking to OD on anything and would ideally like to keep the levels to something normal-ish that one would at least be able gain by eating real food
- beta-carotene can be problematic for me so its better if I avoid this
For the B-Complex, most of the above applies, but I'm willing to go higher on B12/B6 (in terms of daily value), but need to keep Niacin low-ish because flushing has been a problem for me with even moderate doses.
