Hi All, I just wanted to say first of all that I hope you're doing OK Tracey and that angdunn and BL's advice and successful experiences with DNRS have put you in a more positive frame of mind and given you well - hope! Thank you both for being there for Tracey when she needed you
On a personal note Tracey, I was housebound with MCS for 5 years back in the early 2000s before DNRS was conceived but I too am fully recovered and in actual fact I put this down to using many of the same techniques that form
DNRS and the
Gupta Programme e.g. meditation, NLP, EFT, various other stress reduction techniques. I won't list everything specifically but everything I did worked on the principals of neuroplasticity and retraining the limbic response as the two systems in question now do in a very focused way. This - and the many other positive reviews from angdunn, BL and others - is why I now recommend these systems here at
The Environmental Illness Resource!
So, I hope you've been able to get a copy of the DNRS DVDs or attend a seminar and that you too join the three of us here in having recovered from MCS. There are so many negative voices out there stuck in a 'sickness' mindframe who will tell you MCS cannot be overcome and is permanent, but the truth is...you
can recover and it will only persist as long as you take no action...so please do
DNRS, or
Gupta or even (if you don't have the money) just start learning meditation, stress reduction techniques, NLP, EFT etc...all of which are completely free...
Finally, just to pick up on angdunn's mention of environmental contaminants and triggers and mold being an issue - we're just starting a partnership here at EiR with a mold blogger named Catherine Fruechtenicht whose family was badly affected by mold-related illness. Her blog is called
How to Clean for Mold and has some great information about ridding your body and your environment of this unwanted toxic imposter!
Wishing you all the best for an MCS-free future Tracey
