Hi Maff,
Great news, I seeing some amazing changes. I was able to shop yesterday WITHOUT my masks. I am no longer smelling so many toxic smells which is greatly reducing my reactions! -

Are there any Australians on this site especially any from Perth ?. It would be nice to have a local contact or two for mutual support and friendship.

Yes, Tracy. I see many similarities. I always thought my discomfort with being around people etc., was because of my brainfog. But when much of that cleared, I still had that discomfort, and there are many similarities between these symptoms and autism.

hi again Maff,
sorry I misspelled your name. I need to get foods that are ok for gut fermentation but am confused about some things I read. Is fermented vegetables and un-aged cheese or tofu ok? How about spelt crackers or quinoa? can someone please clarify so I do the right shopping? suzanne -
