Hi everyone,
I'm a new member from Melbourne. So hello from Down Under and thank you EiR for the great information and community!
I've struggled with chemical sensitivities to varying degrees for the past 10 years. I was housebound for the first 5 but did the Gupta Program and it got me 50% of the way better - enough to go back to work at least.
I work as a PA at an insurance firm and lately I have felt the MCS reactions getting worse again. The company has grown over the last couple of years so I think maybe the extra people all wearing scented products has something to do with it.
I've talked to my boss and although she's understanding (or seems to be) I haven't been able to get her to do anything significant to help me or reduce scents in the office.
What should I do? Does anyone know what my legal rights are in this situation? I'm really stuck and dread approaching my boss again.
Any advice from the community would really help me. Everything I can find relates to the USA or UK only.
