PCA-Rx is a nutraceutical designed for toxin removal and cleansing, manufactured by Maxam Nutraceutics. The product comes in the form of a sublingual spray. According to the manufacturer PCA-Rx:

- Removes heavy metals
- Attaches to and removes many harmful toxins
- Removes cardio and cerebral vascular plaque
- Helps rid the body of harmful mycoplasmas
- Lowers elevated enzyme counts
- Helps those suffering from various other environmental illnesses
- Provides a less invasive form of chelation

Heavy metal toxicity and infection with pathogens including mycoplasma are of great concern to those suffering from environmental illnesses including chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), fibromyalgia, multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS), autism, and others. PCA-Rx is designed to aid sufferers of environmental illness (EI) by providing nutrients required for the manufacture of important detoxifying substances such as glutathione within the body, as a source of important antioxidants such as lipoic acid, by supplying ingredients such as the algae chlorella that chelate (bind) toxic metals, and as a source of probiotic bacteria which aid digestive and detoxification processes.

PCA-Rx contains:

Purified Water, Micro-Fermented Peptides Of Glutamic Acid, Glycine, Acetylcysteine, Glutathione, Peptidylgluconase, Hyaluronic Acid, Blue-Green Algae Extracts, Chlorella, Phytoplankton, Multiple Beneficial Flora Ferments Including: Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, Acidophilus Salivarus, Streptococcus Thermophilus, Hydrated Colloidal Silica, Algenic, Fulvic, Ferulic And Lipoic Acids; All In A Cultured Medium Of Oligopolypeptides, Glycoproteins, Phospholipides, Ionic Sea Minerals, Amino Acid Complexes, Vitamins And Minerals.
